The original intention of Great Leap Airdrop
Since we hosted The Great Leap from Web2.0 to Web3.0, we have received some real feedback from users, and we feel the encouragement and support of Punks. Unfortunately, we found that this airdrop campaign was filled with a large number of invalid identities/users, entering for the purpose of malicious arbitrage. Although the comments they were farming were positive comments it was contrary to the original intention of the airdrop campaign set up by Punk.
We are in the process of moving from wasteland to steam, from the Stone Age to the monarchy, people gradually from fishing and farming, from tribes to kingdoms, and from 0 to 1, from Idea to design products and protocols.
The event was designed to inspire the DAO’s proposal to move from Web2.0 to Web3.0, requiring the support of the governing party to come up with constructive ideas with the highest number of votes.
We strongly condemn the malicious behavior of using robots to airdrops farming, which is quite detrimental to the construction of the entire Web3 ecosystem.
The team made a decision after discussion to give double the airdrop reward to users who provided real suggestions, and add the remaining $PUNK to the reward of the upcoming Punk Christmas Party!
Thanks to everyone’s support and understanding, Punk will continue to fulfill the DAO spirit on the journey of the Metaverse exploration.
